She does such an amazing job and her product knowledge is very extensive. If you are looking for unique ideas they always have something in mind. It is very helpful working with a company that knows the products well and can answer your questions when they arise. One of the other lovely things about Creo is there huge showroom stocked with thousands of promotional products for you to see. My expectations of promotional products were quite low, however, the excellent customer service and quality of products from Creo really changed my perspective.

I happened to be helped by Sheri, who was very pleasant to deal with and exceptionally helpful. I had to order promotional products for an upcoming work event and I was a bit overwhelmed by the process. Sheri did a great job with walking me through the process and providing me options for products that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise based on her experience with similar events. This was also the case when it came to coming up with designs for each of the products. Sheri was knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly and I would be happy to work with her again in the future.

Cindy, our account exec was excellent and professional, she was always an email away and we knew the project was safe in her hands. We had a custom design with a large amount of color involved, they offered a couple solutions to make sure the graphic was going to be clear and as colorful as we wanted.
