Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made and decorated specifically with your company’s logo or branding, all sales are final, once proofs are approved and orders have gone into production. Due to the custom nature of our business we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items.

If you are ordering blank goods, you may return them for full credit, less shipping costs and return costs,  as long as the goods are in original condition (unused/tags on/in original bags) please note restocking charges may apply.

Prior to any return, you will be required to receive an RA# for processing before returns can be arranged. Please reach out to Sales@creopromo.com with you order number and reason for return to start the process.

If your order arrives with a manufacturer’s defect or there is an error in the decoration that differs from the approved proof, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
